Palm Vein Wallet Authentication Solution
BioWavePass helps digital wallet, fintech, banking, and payment platforms link palm vein biometric identity with wallet accounts, payment profiles, and tokenized card references.
Users simply present their palm for secure, contactless authentication. The wallet platform manages the payment. BioWavePass verifies the user.

Why Digital Wallets Need Palm Vein Authentication
Digital wallets are widely used for payments, banking, loyalty, public services, and identity verification. However, common authentication methods still rely on phones, cards, QR codes, passwords, OTPs, or face recognition.
Current Authentication Challenges:
- • Phones can be lost, stolen, shared, or out of battery.
- • QR codes can be copied or misused.
- • Passwords and PINs can be forgotten or exposed.
- • NFC requires a phone or card.
- • Face recognition may raise privacy concerns in public spaces.
Palm Vein Solution
Palm vein authentication provides a secure and contactless alternative. The user does not need to carry a card or phone. A simple palm gesture can verify identity.
How Palm Vein Links to a Digital Wallet
BioWavePass does not replace the wallet, bank, or payment processor. It provides the biometric identity layer.
During Registration
The customer platform can link a palm biometric ID with:
- • Digital wallet account
- • Customer ID
- • Bank account reference
- • Payment account
- • Tokenized card reference
- • Membership profile
- • Subsidy account
- • Loyalty account
During Authentication
The BioWavePass device verifies the palm identity. The customer backend then maps the verified user to the correct wallet account or payment token.
Simple logic: Palm vein confirms the user. The wallet platform completes the payment.
Typical Solution Flow
Registration Flow
User enrolls their palm through a BioWavePass-compatible device.
The system captures RGB + IR palm images and extracts biometric feature points.
A unique palm biometric ID is created.
The customer platform links the palm ID with a wallet or payment account.
The mapping is stored in the customer-controlled backend.
Palm vein data and photos are AES-256 encrypted and stored only on the customer's own system.
Authentication Flow
User presents their palm at a POS, kiosk, terminal, or service counter.
The device captures palm image and feature data.
The request is sent to the biometric matching server.
The server returns the matched user ID.
The customer backend retrieves the linked wallet or token reference.
The wallet or payment platform authorizes the transaction.
